Can't get it working :( ...

Hi Shai ,

First, thanks for this tool !
Unfortunately, I'm having some difficulties getting it working ...
After hitting the "Start Migration" button I get the following error :

__Copy Completed!
** ERROR ** : TF26212: Team Foundation Server could not save your changes. There may be problems with the work item type definition, or a conflicting work item type definition change may require a refresh on your client. Restart your client application and try again, or contact your Team Foundation Server administrator.
Starting Copy...__

Any ideas how can I get around this ??

I had the same problem and was able to resolve it by adding the user account I was running the tool under into the "Team Foundation Service Accounts" group.
Here is the syntax for adding a user to that group.

tfssecurity /g+ "Team Foundation Service Accounts" n:domain_name\user_name /server:SERVER_URL

Thanks for your workaround, unfortunately - I'm just the end user :( , without the sufficient permissions to modify this security group.
